Laboratory COVID19 antibody blood test with sample obtained by venipuncture. Developed by Abbott Laboratories, with 97.5% sensitivity. Results via SMS within 3-5 days. Please do not attend the clinic if you are self-isolating.

Non-members' return to work medical

Return to work reassured about COVID-19. This medical service includes a short-consultation to answer your questions about COVID-19, a COVID-19 venous drawn antibody test (to check for past infection) and a PCR-swab home-testing kit (to check for current infection).

Requires GP or Psychiatrist referral - This service is only bookable with a GP or Psychiatrist referral. Where appropriate, a referral can be obtained from a Mayfield Clinic GP. Referrals must be submitted at the time of booking to info@mayfieldclinic.co.uk; they will be reviewed and the appointment accepted or refunded. Appointments without referrals shared 72 hours in-advance are non-refundable. Available to patients aged 17 and over.

ADHD assessment

The ADHD assessment is delivered as two 75 minute appointments and includes a full written report. The second appointment can be booked with the psychiatrist after the initial assessment - the fee covers both appointments and the report writing. Please note: Depending on clinical circumstances, it may be necessary to have a third follow-up appointment to discuss the treatment plan - this can be discussed with the psychiatrist and is payable separately.
